Our websites use cookies to collect information.  This includes information about browsing and purchasing behaviour by people who access our websites.  This includes information about pages viewed, products purchased and the customer journey around our websites. Your Data

When you place an order with us we ask for your name, contact number/s, email address, company name (if applicable), address and delivery information. This information is securely stored on our systems and can only be accessed by Alternative Stores employees. We use this information for processing and dispatching your orders. We do not store your payment details and if you place an order via our website you will be taken to the Worldpay payment portal to input your card information. If you place telephone orders with us then your payment details are held only for the time in which it takes us for your order to be input into our system. You are not automatically opted-in to our newsletter when you place an order, this is an option which you can choose to select when you create an account.
